As a buyer's agent I will position you to win when we find the right house and
negotiate the best value for your purchase.

First I will find out about the home that you will be excited enough to buy
through a short interview process. This way I will make sure that I am focused
completely on your needs and will be better equipped to help you accomplish
them.

I will pre-qualify you for a home purchase and position you so that when you do
find the right house you will get it before competition. I will position you to
win once we go to negotiation table with an offer.

I will give you access to all of the sources I have available to me for
selecting homes to see. This includes, in some cases properties that are not on
the open market yet. You will have access to every property by every broker as
well as for sale by owners and Expired listings.

I will not try to sell you on any home because I am confident when you see the
right home you will know it. My job is to show you all available homes in your
range that has the features you desire.
